Terms of Service

Everything you should know before paying is on this page. It is written plainly because we do not want to make money from fine print.

1. What you are buying

The AI Academy membership: access to the member area, the full course library, the AI tutors (text and voice), the member Wall, and every content update released during your membership.
One membership = one business: the owner and their own staff can use it together at no extra cost. It cannot be used by people outside your business or resold.
Not included: one-on-one coaching, installation done for you, or integration with your company systems. Those are enterprise services under a separate written agreement.

2. Price and subscription

US$349 per quarter or US$999 per year. One global price in US dollars, charged by Stripe at the price shown when you pay.
Access opens on payment and renews automatically at the end of each period.
Cancel anytime from "Manage plan" in the member area. You keep access until the end of the current period and are not charged again.
If prices change, the change applies only to periods starting after the change, and we announce it on the website first.

3. Refunds

Membership is digital content delivered in full the moment you pay. The current period is therefore non-refundable, including for change of mind, lack of time, or deciding the content is not for you. That is exactly why the readiness check is free: do it first, confirm the fit, then join.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major problem, for example you paid and cannot sign in, or the content is seriously not as described, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides (repair, replacement or refund). In that case, tell the AI receptionist on the website the email you paid with, roughly when, and what happened. That conversation is stored and handled by a person.

4. What we promise and what we do not

We promise: the course content is real and can be followed; the conditions each route needs are stated; the content keeps being updated; if you paid, you get in.
We do not promise any business outcome. How much time you save or money you make depends on your business and how far you take it. We do not invent numbers, and we suggest you distrust anyone who does.
Not professional advice: nothing in the course or from the AI tutors about law, tax, migration, finance or health is professional advice. Those calls belong to licensed professionals.
AI makes mistakes: the tutors, the receptionist, the readiness report and the phone line are all AI. They can be wrong. Anything sent to a customer, signed or paid is always checked and clicked by you. That is the course rule and it is this agreement's rule too.

5. What you bring

The course teaches you to use third-party AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex and connectors). Their accounts, subscription fees and terms are theirs, not ours. Each route in the course states what it needs.
Before handing company material to any AI tool, make sure you are allowed to, and honour your confidentiality obligations to customers and staff.

6. Ownership

The course, prompts, templates, videos and website content are ours. You receive a licence to use them inside your own business.
You may not forward, resell, publish or use the content to train others. What you produce with the templates (your emails, reports, website) is of course yours.

7. Accounts

Sign-in is by email code; there is no password. Protect your email account.
Sharing sign-in outside your business, scraping the content, or trying to get around the paywall lets us end the membership without refund.

8. Other

Posts by members on the Wall are the responsibility of whoever posted them.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
They change as the product changes; the date at the top moves when they do, and material changes are flagged in the member area.
