What you walk away with

Once installed: inside your own Claude there's a "boss dashboard" — every morning it produces the morning-shift report by itself; any time during the day you say one word, "Today" , and one screen shows you: what got done today / what's off / what's waiting on your call. Everything you've installed over three months now flows onto one screen. Not a piece of software — your own Claude has learned to be your chief of staff.

  5. Step 5 Switch on memory, define "Today", ignite
