Connect Gmail + calendar, a daily brief — where the habit starts
Once it's installed: every morning you say one line to Claude — "morning shift" — and it reads your real Gmail and real calendar . Half a minute later you've got a brief: what's on today, which emails need answering, who to answer first. Today you'll use it to send one real reply: it writes, you change two words, you hit send.
Currently the long-form prompt version; being remade lesson by lesson to the recorded standard of Builds 39 / 40 / 16. Progress is logged in the member area under "Latest updates".
Platform: Claude Code desktop / Codex (ChatGPT desktop), on Mac and Windows.
